Order Status

One of the many benefits of registering with YourBeautifulHair.com is checking your order status, and you can retrieve it in four easy steps. Simply sign into your account. Go to my account, and select the Orders tab. Your order will go through a few steps.

  1. Processing – In the Processing stage, we fulfill your order, and locate your merchandise in the warehouse. You can cancel your order in this stage. Keep in mind, you typically have a small window of time to adjust or cancel your order.
  2. Prepared for Shipping – In the Prepared for Shipping stage, we have safely package and label your merchandise.
  3. Shipped – In the Shipped stage, we have shipped your packages with UPS or USPS. Click the “Shipped” link to track your package in transit.
  4. Received – In the Received stage, we have received confirmation from the shipping agency that you have received your package. Be sure to click the Rate Product link to give us your feedback on the merchandise.
