Returning and Exchanging Merchandise

Most merchandise can be returned by mail, within 30 days of purchase. There must be original proof of purchase. The merchandise must be unused, undamaged and in original packaging. All returns will be credited to original form of payment (excluding shipping and handling). 

Restrictions:

  • No returns or exchanges for hair due to hygiene and health risks.

Steps to Returning Item(s):

  1. Please complete the Return Form included on the invoice. Specify item(s) being returned and the appropriate Return Reason Code. Enclose the Return Form with the merchandise. Below are the following reason codes:

    Product Damaged

    Product Arrived too Late

    Received the Wrong Item

  2. Pack merchandise safely for shipment. Repack merchandise in the original shipping box, and attach the pre-printed shipping label.
  3. Ship the package by US Postal Service. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. If using pre-printed label, we will deduct postage from your refund.

Please allow up to 15 business days for us to receive returned merchandise and process your credit to the account used to purchase returned merchandise. You’ll receive an email confirmation once the shipment is received and another email when your account is credited. The credit should show on your next statement, but varies depending on your banking institution.

Steps for Exchanging Item(s)

  1. Please complete the Return Form included on the invoice. Specify item(s) being exchanged and the appropriate Return Reason Code. Enclose the Return Form with the merchandise.
  2. Pack merchandise safely for shipment. Repack merchandise in the original shipping box, and attach the pre-printed shipping label.
  3. Ship the package by US Postal Service. You must use the pre-printed label provided. So, you will not be charged for shipping.
